3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Business Accounts
Businesses using Local Initiative Offers to publish coupons are responsible for ensuring all deal information is accurate, legally compliant, and honoured at point of redemption. Local Initiative Offers reserves the right to remove any coupon that is misleading, expired, or in breach of these terms.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not: create fake or misleading deals; abuse the coupon redemption system; attempt to scrape or harvest data from the Platform; impersonate another user or business; or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Platform or other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Local Initiative Offers, including the logo, design, and software, is the property of Local Initiative Offers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Local Initiative Offers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from coupon unavailability or business non-compliance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
